We are looking for a Management or Mechanical Engineer to expand our consulting structure.

You will be included in Lean transformation projects at client companies and you will deal with the analysis of production, logistics, and office processes, the training of human resources, the identification of the correct action strategies, and the implementation of improvement techniques relating to the area of ​​the Lean Organization.

Our customers are mainly companies operating in the industrial sector, in Italy and abroad.

At their offices, you will follow improvement projects, dealing in all fields with the analysis, redesign, and implementation of business processes. It will be your responsibility, working side by side with your colleagues, to assist and support the cross-functional teams of the Client Company.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
• At least 1 year of experience in production management, logistics, industrialization or in production consultancy;
• Availability for short trips;
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.

Preferential titles are:

• Specific experience in the Lean Production field;
• Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
