Lean transformation
We create value by eliminating waste
We make industry more competitive through process optimization
The implementation of Lean Manufacturing in manufacturing companies introduces the fundamental principles of lean thinking and Lean tools essential to improving production, logistics and procurement flows. Through the selection of a pilot project - which can be subsequently extended to the entire company structure - and a first cross-functional working group, we analyse together the flow of materials and information.
Thanks to the Process and Service Mapping (Value Stream Map), we identify the main waste (Muda) and define the functional actions to achieve concrete objectives such as the reduction of stocks and order-delivery time, the improvement of work times through manufacturing standards involving operators, the improvement of plant set up, company layout, material flows and assembly line subdivision, the improvement of quality and the reduction of lead times during the development of new products.

By applying Lean Organization in offices and service companies
The provision of a service is a process and all processes can be improved. If it is true that each customer requires a different service, they are all translated through the same internal processes. Waste becomes any activity that does not add value to the service offered: the collection of superfluous data, the use of obsolete work tools, useless authorizations, unnecessary reports, unfinished files, documents and emails that have not been processed, resources engaged in non-value activities...
Lean thinking enables a work methodology based on visual management, creating improvement plans that are sustainable over time and able to grow your company simply by optimizing resources, spaces and procedures. With the Makigami method we analyse and map the sub-processes, involving the various company professionals. Through best practices we improve the standards of any service offered. People involved in Lean activities demonstrate higher levels of performance, involvement and motivation. The result is greater customer satisfaction and the enhancement of the company's most important capital: people.
